Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen

The company Todd knows exactly how to deliver an exceptional customer service experience with a pair of shoes.

Recently I visited the Cabazon Outlets for some discount shopping for luxury brand items. My favorite store at these outlets has always been Todd. I love this brand for their shoes. They are made of leather, often handmade, the quality is outstanding and they last for years.

I recently purchased another pair of Todd shoes and discovered after returning home that I had the wrong size. What made matters worse was that their invoice stated that all sales were final. No exchanges or returns.

This statements of finality did not sit well with me. I tried to remedy the problem with my own solutions of inners soles and heel grips to make them smaller to fit, but alas to no effect. In the end, I decided to ring them and see what they could do for me. After all, they were a world-renowned Brand known for its exemplary customer service.

I spoke with a salesperson by the name of Marisa and she couldn't do enough for me. We didn't even discuss all the 'finals' on the invoice. She went out of her way to surprise and delight me with great customer service. She made some great suggestions to elevate my anxiety over the wrong sizing of the shoes I had bought.

After this experience, I reflected on the fact that in today's world customers should never accept NO for an answer if they have made a mistake with a purchase. The internet has been a game changer and we as consumers have every right to change our minds our purchases are not correct. If you are not getting the customer service experience you deserve. Go elsewhere. There is so much choice now that we don't need to settle for second best.

When it comes to selling to women while they don't just like to be made to feel special while working with you they also like it after they have finished doing business with you.

So many companies are all about attraction and forget the retention part yet most of the money is in the retention. 80% of your future profits will come from just 20% of your current clients. 

Stop fishing for new customers. Farm the ones you currently have!
